These were yummy! I'm not usually a pumpkin fan, but decided to try anyway! I heard great things from my friends, as well. Also, I didn't have any normal sweetened applesauce, so I subbed Cinnamon Applesauce. They look just like the picture! BIG muffins for the amount of calories! :)
