Cilantro Lime Black Bean Soup
This is incredibly high in nutrients, fiber, and is a good source of vegan protein. Plus it tastes great! I plan to sip it throughout the day to stave off hunger. Keeps you satisfied a long time without a lot of calories because of the liquid, protein, and fiber. Bonus: cilantro is said to help the body eliminate stored toxins such as heavy metals, and there is a *lot* of cilantro in this soup!
