This did not come out to be 10 cups--more like 6 after it is cooked, so adjust the calorie count. It was probably the pumpkin I used or the cider mix, but mine had a unpleasant flavor. I will try with canned pumpkin next time and see. Easy to make--thanks for sharing it!!
