Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Made this bread this morning. It was moist and the texture was great. I did use just one cup of sugar and one cup of splenda. It did not affect the texture of the bread. Is is great! Thanks!
Texture, moisture great. Egg beaters should work fine, Sherle. I used 1 egg & Wilton's Meringue Powder + 4 T water to make two egg whites. I also used half white flour and half Hodgson Mill WW graham flour and all brown sugar. A little too spicey for my taste. Will adjust the spices next time.
