Made this bread this morning. It was moist and the texture was great. I did use just one cup of sugar and one cup of splenda. It did not affect the texture of the bread. Is is great! Thanks! Submitted by:

Texture, moisture great. Egg beaters should work fine, Sherle. I used 1 egg & Wilton's Meringue Powder + 4 T water to make two egg whites. I also used half white flour and half Hodgson Mill WW graham flour and all brown sugar. A little too spicey for my taste. Will adjust the spices next time.
