Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I left out the salt to decrease the sodium amount and used white rice as well. Excellent side dish and so easy to make.
Good change from plain old boring white rice or traditional Spanish yellow rice. Less salty. I used white rice. The onions and olive oil give it a good flavor. I probably will make this again. Thanks for sharing!
