Awesome! Had some leftover ham gravy which I used to substitute 2 cups of bouillon. Topped with chopped green onions and fat free cheddar cheese it was a big hit! I also didn't add the carrot, just seemed like a strange ingredient.
Great on a chilly day. I added one cup of celery, used ham bouillon and a bit of seasoning salt instead of chicken bouillon, and finished with a liberal dash of cayenne. Yummy!
