Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

If you use salted broth, there's no need for added salt, and certainly no need for the soy sauce. I added just one Tbsp of soy and that was too much. I recommend leaving out the soy. Also, I used brown rice because I buy no white rice. Otherwise, it's a good, low-cal, low-carb recipe.
