I love this recipe, it's yummy! But I discovered that Sparkrecipes nutritional information for brown rice is for COOKED rice, not raw. The 1 1/2 cups listed in your ingredients list is the cooked amount, not the dry amount (I don't know why they do it this way...). But still an awesome recipe!
