Nutrition & Calorie Comments

We're snowed in and I'm going to make this today since I have all ingredients, however I am going to use a frozen pie crust since I DO love a good pastry crust!!! I will also add a little salt & fresh ground black pepper.
Really easy and delicious ! I used onions, green peppers and carrots instead of spinach. I also added choppedup fat free hot dogs (I know it sounds weird, but it was good).
Definitely will make this again!!
This is great for a filling, low-calorie breakfast. I mean if you cut out a 200 calorie serving for yourself it's a LOT of food!
OH! Even though I've not made this yet, I am going to rate it very good, since it is almost zero in fat grams. I will make it this weekend, since I need to get some mushrooms. I'll probably add a litte nutmeg and onions to it.
