I made this with a little extra water and no oil and got 6 servings for 165 calories each. It is great!!! and with some nonfat greek yogurt adds a good amount of protein this is superb. Will make again.
Absolutely fantastic! I couldn't expect anything better at the best of Indian restaurants. Nonfat yogurt and a bit of yogurt made it perfect. I'll make this again and again and add different vegetables. LOVED IT! Thank you for the recipe!
