Wow, this was really yummy. Even my low-fat skeptical boyfriend thought it was great, and even his mum asked for the recipe! We cooked ours a bit longer to make sure the pork was cooked all the way through. I think we'll try this one next time we have a BBQ-- should go great on the grill.
