Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I made this for a Mexican themed potluck. It tastes good but it came out of the pan messy. Because the sugar had bubbled up onto the outside of the pan I waited to flip it so I wouldn't get burned. I may have waited too long. Also, it took 45 minutes to cook-maybe due to high altitude.
