Can anyone tell me the serving SIZE? I made this and ate some already, so I can't go by that. I love this recipe, but need to know serving size. Also, is it REALLY only 243 calories???
I'm giving this a low score because when I made it with the BBQ of my choice, it was nearly 500 calories. No where in here do you mention which one you use. I think you grossly underestimated your calories!
I'm going to try this with liquid smoke rather than the W-sauce try to drop the sodium some (60 mg per tsp. vs. 10 mg per tsp.) --also going to be careful with the salad dressing and BBQ sauce I choose for it!
It looks as though the sodium weren't divided amongst the servings....

BBQ Chicken and not that many calories. First time i ever used Italian dressing and bbq. It was great.
I thought this sounded good but was shocked at the amount of sodium. Over 1,000 mg! Hmm...will have to think on a way to lower the sodium a bit.
Yummy...everyone enjoyed it, I used little less sugar and chicken thighs. Will be making again for sure.
