Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Love the protein for this dish! Positively good and filling.
This recipe looks and sounds delicious. We will be trying it soon. I will be working to cut the sodium as much as possible but otherwise, great!
Great tasting. I only added 2/3 the amount of sugar required, and it was still on the sweet side. I love that I had everything in my pantry. This was also my first time using Cube steak as the store didn't have Flank steak. It was tender and almost had a hamburger like texture once cooked.
Really enjoyed this recipe. Slightly salty for my taste, so I might cut back on the soy sauce the next time I make it. Definitely will be making it again. :)
This is Outstanding! I do have a few thoughts tho. Tenderize the Beef by sprinkling it with salt and baking soda. Let sit for twenty. Add Apple vinegar. Sit for ten minutes. This tenderizes the Beef beautifully. Rinse off and pat dry. Substitute some of the cornstarch with flour to lower calo
When I tasted the sauce it was too sweet for my palate so I added a tablespoon of sherry vinegar, a 1 tsp of each of the following..garlic powder, onion powder and ginger. The family adored it. Will definitely make again with less brown sugar.
900+ mg sodium is very high content for anyone. I appreciated reviewers' tips for reducing salt. When I make this, I plan to add broccoli rabe and shitake while I brown the meat.
Looks good but the calories stated for a serving are waaaaaaaay off
My family loved this recipe. I was lucky to get some. I added mushrooms and will probably add more meat the next time. I may cut back on the sugar as well. Delicious!
not really a fan of the sugar, soy sauce, and beef
