Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was so yummy!! My roommate and I both loved it. She doesn't eat spicy food so I used regular Rotel but when I make it just for me I'll definitely use spicy Rotel because it could use a kick. I loved the carb count and I served it with a salad. Will definitely be making it again!
