I loved it, my DH would NOT even try it, he HATES squash. I even added a bit more brown sugar cuz he LOVES everything sweet. Oh well more for me to enjoy, but I wish it were not so sweet. Next time I probably will use Splenda and a t. of molassas for the brn-sugar taste will cut down on the butter
