Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I really enjoyed this. I added tuna (chuck light in water) for extra protein and used sun-dried tomatoes since I didn't have any fresh. It was wonderful, am looking forward to the leftovers for lunch.
This is excellent with a touch of goat cheese sprinkled on top! Adds a little more fat/ calories, but definitely worth it!
