Nutrition & Calorie Comments

use turkey bacon for less calories and half pound instead of full pound, use greek yogurt or fat free mayo............. remember this salad makes 12 servings too
Yikes, yup, the nutritional info is WAY OFF. It's only counting the bacon and iceberg lettuce. I wondered how it was so low with bacon and so much sour cream and mayo... still sounds good though! I'm going to MAKEOVER it and see.
The nutritional information only took into account the bacon and the lettuce. Click the link that says Ingredient Details.
Whoops I thought this took 1/2 pound bacon so with a full pound it comes to about 480 calories per serving.
I loved it. As for the calorie count it does say per serving and there are 8 servings. 8 X 96.2 = 769.6 for the whole dish.
Two cups of sour cream have 960 calories. The sour cream alone per serving would be 120 calories. Your calorie count is way off.
This sounds wonderful! I'm surprised and you don't have to leave out the eggs, mayo, sour cream and bacon just to keep the calorie count low! Can this be true?
