Made for special dinner. Super easy. Used the leftover marinade from cooking to make sauce that guests raved about by adding it to a saucepan, 1/2 can beef broth, brown sugar to taste and reduced it, strained it, and added a bit of cornstarch water mixture to thicken. Will definitely make again.
