I used olive oil and powdered sugar (10x) no grit did not use the salt, put some flax seed it is awesome will make again and again!
This tastes fine to me. I did not add the sugar and very little salt. Mine turned out grainy, but that's okay for me. I had never tasted cashew butter before and didn't want to spend $15.00 for a taste!
