Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Too much sodium for me
This as wonderful! If you'd like to reduce the sodium and increase the protein, use unsalted chicken bone broth. It's delicious!
Not something I will make again. Don't care fro the spicy taste of garlic & red peppers but that is just my own personal taste. I thought there were a lot of calories and a lot of carbs for a bowl of soup.
Very yummy! I will definitely be making this again. I was glad to find a lower calorie and fat option than adding heavy cream. Thanks for the recipe!
One of my favorites! I think I found it on recipezarr or another copycat site. I use skim milk, italian turkey sausage and then use some hormel real bacon bits to cut down the fat and oil. Also, I sometimes substitute fresh spinach if I can't get my hands on Kale. Great Recipe!
