Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I thought the total calories was a little high for a chicken dinner dish. I don't think 4 oz of chicken cooked yields 286 calories.
Great outdoor and take along meal. Just don't do any chips or salty sides.
This sounds very good. But I need to find a sauce with low or no sodium.
Sounds great, but why so many calories? Is it the rice? I think we'll do just brown rice and lower the sauce! yummy and easy!
I forgot to buy sweet and sour sauce, so used stir-fry sauce. The chicken should have been salted and peppered before placing on the foil. Maybe it wouldn't have need that if I'd had the right ingredient. It was very good, anyway, and so easy!
