Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I made this for myself and for my kids this morning. For the kids I did nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt, banana, pear (their request), mixed berries, and oj. They loved it. For myself I did mixed berries, the same yogurt, oj, banana, and added a tbsp of ground flaxseed. Awesome!
I used simply orange juice with pineapple and low fat vanilla yogurt. I must say this recipe is quick and easy and the whole family will love it!!!!
High in carbs will try to substitute yogurt with low fat. Thanks!
