Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I used balsamic vinegar and left out the sugar. very tasty.
This was excellent. I used balsamic vinegar which turned it a little dark, but tasted great. I didn't think it was too salty, but I like salt!!! I also used a whole head of cabbage. It was a small head.
you could omit the salt, the soya and lemon are enough for that salty taste
