Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I really enjoyed the crunch of the pepper and onion. The contrast of the sugar and vinegar was a refreshing combination. I lightened up the calories even further by using a little less mayo, which suited my own personal taste better.
I was looking for a lighter version of my mom's macaroni salad recipe. This had some different ingredients, but it satified the need with a lot less calories!
This sounds like the recipe I have been searching for - all the ingredients in the deli style macaroni salad with less calories! Can't wait to try it!
