This is just like the traditional alo gobi as my Punjabi friends prepared.....no chicken broth as in one of the recipes found here, thanks:-) I do not use garlic....just ginger
Regarding the nutritional info: Depending upon what size potato and how much sodium one used, there could be discripencies
I rechecked the nutritional information on this recipe and what is listed here is wrong. Cal=256.2, Carbs=49.4, Fat=5, Protein=7.8, Sodium=88.3.
I love Indian food. Very nice version of a classic dish and not too high in carbs either! :)
