I did this without the meat, I had a packet of beef seasoning from a hamburger helper entree and added 2 tbsp. of the seasoning and added 2 cups of water with the frozen veggies (i used broccoli, califlower, carrot blend), and added a pinch of sugar, it was amazing. Better than take out thank you!
this is very tasty i added fresh broccoli and red green and yellow peppers and 2 onions, sub soy for tamari sauce less salt more taste, then i made wraps with half of the mix
