This is the recipe I always use. Its delish. I make a mixture of fresh strawberries, cottage cheese, sour cream and powdered sugar to fill them with. I make it once a year for my husband's b-day.
good base for adding breakfast or other meal filling but I liked them with a little butter and cinnamon dusted with powdered sugar
Very good, and no sugar added! They're lovely with simple cream, but I always love mine with tinned fruit. =)
Loved them! Filled with part-skim ricotta, raspberries and hazelnuts. A treat and satisfying for the calories.
