The nutritional information is meaningless without ingredient quantities.
It tastes better than it looks. I didn't have any flax oil, and I used regular low fat dairy milk, and I didn't use frozen grapes, AND I added an apple, but this turned out well. Even my 8-year-old son liked it and he HATES vegetables.
