Yum! And the sodium is doable for me, so WooHoo, I can see eating this frequently. Everyone was happy with it. I prefer the marinade overnight.
It was good, but too many carbs to be a keeper for me.
This was delicious. I was out of honey, so I used a tablespoon of unpacked brown sugar. Picky people here don't like raw onions & jalapenos, so I had to leave them out of the salsa, but still delightful. Carnivore husband wanted to eat all the leftover chicken I made for another meal = Big Hit.
