I don't see applesauce listed in the ingredients but it is listed in the directions. How much is in the recipe? And, sugar is listed in the ingredients, but not in the directions. Do we use the applesauce in lieu of sugar? Or are both in the recipe?
Great muffins. I substituted low fat vanilla soy milk,cane sugar, blueberry agave for 1/2 of honey, egg whites for egg, whole wheat flour for white, and soy flour(1/2cup). Also made 6 in Texas size muffin pan
