Fresh Fruit Mousse
No sugar, no fat, no cooking, tastes great and sets in minutes!
The pectin released from the fruit in blending is enough to create a firm mousse - N.B. I've not tried this recipe with thawed frozen fruit - it may behave differently with the cell structure being changed when frozen.
