Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I really liked this recipe. I just added a few variations of my own. Instead of white flour I used 2 cups whole wheat mixed with almond meal. Instead of refined sugar I used 1/2 cup Turbinado sugar,and substituted the plain nonfat yogurt for Stonyfield organic yobaby pear & green beans yogart.
I'm just as happy passing on artificial sweetners but like to limit my calories. These are very nice just as is.
