Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

So tasty and easy to make! I made it in my air fryer and I used a thermometer to make sure cooked! Topped them with franks hot sauce and dipped them in blue cheese! Ate then with baked chopped potato I made (sprinkled potatoes w/Parmcheese/Italian seasoning/salt)
These are a great snack, low in carbs (diabetic) easy to make and refrigerate for later
Great recipe! I had two suggestions -
1. Use Frank's Buffalo Wings Sauce for the hot sauce, or a similar low calorie buffalo-flavored hot sauce.
2. 1 tsp of fresh, 100% cayenne powder is a lot and will result in a very spicy breading. Cut it in half if you're worried about the heat.
I cut calories even further in my version. I use a little broth and Pam spray to stir fry 8 oz seasoned chicken breast strips cut small. Turn off heat. Mix in 1-2 tablespoons Sweet Baby Ray's Wing sauce (15-30 cals). Makes 2 servings.
