Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This yummy bread is naturally sweet, so it doesn't need extra sugar. It ended up a little chunky (next time I will puree the apples, bananas, and zucchini) and flat (I might add baking powder to make it rise). I used only egg whites, no nuts, and dash nutmeg and the calories lowered to 50!
