Shared this with friends and everyone raves! This recipe is resteraunt quality. Marinated the uncooked shrimp in 1/2 lime and 1/2 lemon to add another layer of flavor to the ceviche. When eating with salty chips it's best to Taste with chips before adding salt to avoid too much.
