Sounds delicious, but 400 calories and 18g fat is a lot for a smoothie.
Yummy! Has anyone ever used PB2? It's low-fat peanut butter - ingredients are all natural - it's the way they make the peanut butter that makes it so low in fat (squeezing out oil, etc). It's yummy and SO much lower in fat / calories.
My family loves this! I substituted light chocolate soy milk to save fat and calories.
