This sounds like it would be tasty but it has over half the calories I eat in one day and too much sodium for my low sodium meal plan. I would have to split it with DH and half a sandwich would not fill him up.
Doesn't seem very healthy. 608 calories and 6.8g sat fat! That's a lot for a sandwich.
