Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Skip the tortilla and replace with a wide leaf of Romaine lettuce to save on calories and carbs! There is also too much sodium.
Subbed my own taco seasoning for pre-made to reduce sodium. Also used corn tortilla -- excellent.
This is a very good recipe, I really loaded the veggies on the taco to make it more hearty. I made my own taco seasoning to cut down on the sodium.
Careful with the fat
love the protein and fiber counts. lime!!!!! yum
I cut the recipe in half as there are only two of us. Also, I used lower sodium taco seasoning to cut down on the salt. Great recipe.
I'd give this a higher rating if it weren't for the high cals. Took it down a notch by using corn tortillas, a lower-calorie tilapia, half the avocado, and my own spices. All in all, very tasty!
I love fish tacos..
I use those shredded veggies with Kale and other good stuff.... I used my homemade taco mix, no sodium added .
