YUMMY!!! I made quite a few modifications to fit the ingredients I had on hand: used roasted hatch chilies instead of banana peppers, aprox .25 cup shredded white cheddar cheese instead of the Laughing Cow wedges, and ground Original Fiber One cereal instead of panko bread crumbs. Soooo Good!
