Both the sugar and the flour are missing from the nutritional information - This is totally inappropriate and inaccurate
The sugar is missing from the ingredients - I am going to guesstimate 1 cup at least since there is so much flour and this makes three loaves. You might want to change it since the calories then are not accurate when you add to your meal planner. :)
