Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was just what I was looking for! I wanted a chicken tender recipe with low sodium and this was perfect. So crispy and not soggy at all. The only thing I did different was add a tbsp of grated parmesan cheese to the crumb mix. I will defintely be making these again soon!
