Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Great idea used much less sugar.
I used 1/3 cup brown sugar and it was sweet enough for us. Very nice recipe. I forgot the butter but it seemed fine. I did it without the crust also.
More like a dessert pie than a side dish. I don't think I will use a full cup of sugar the next time, maybe ½ to ¼ cup. Also didn't rise or expand at all. I put it into two pans but will use one the next time. My husband liked it with Reddi-wip!
This was an awesome receipe that my kids loved. We made it with out the crust in one big 10 inch pie dish. I sprayed the pan with Pam to reduce the calories and we don't really like pie crust anyways. It took a little longer to cook but was delicious! Half the pie was eaten right away.
