Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

YUMMY! I did alter it a little bit when making this for my dh and myself as we are trying to go low sodium low sugar. Instead of butter I used Emeril's creamery butter spray and sprayed the apple pieces w/it, then sprinkled some Splenda and Saigon cinnamon (has the flavor of Red Hot candies). Yummmm
