Super easy chicken and pasta...so easy to alter for your own changes...

This is a great alternative to heavy cream pastas. I usually make this once a week and it reheats the next day incredibly well. LESS THAN 7g fat and ALMOST 7g Fiber per serve!
I also highly suggest you add a large salad to this to complete it as a meal. I don't know about you, but I always find it very easy to over eat any pasta dish, especially if it's baked with cheese. So I usually add a large salad with a little feta and lots of cucumbers, tomatoes, onion and some lemon juice and a touch olive oil. Really fills me up so I don't envy my husband, who chows down 3 servings of Pasta bake easily.

Healthy pasta , veggie and chicken

Tasty and reasonably health conscious, this warm rich pasta bake is a yummy bit of real comfort food ... with a twist.

The calories are WAY OVER with what I had to work with on the Spark People ingredients. The ingredients are not what I use, I use whole wheat pasta, low fat creame cheese, I make my own ranch dressing, low fat mozzarella but I could not find the measurements I needed.

This is a variation on Spinach Chicken Bake submitted by Silly_Me. The original was too bland and not filling enough for me, so I added pasta, and changed some of the ingredients to liven it up a bit.
