If you don't expect tuna, it's really good. I've made it a few times. I've added yellow pepper and water chestnuts to it. I leave out the brown sugar 'cause it's just extra sugar and calories. Instead of relish, I chop up dill pickle and throw that in.
Yum. My husband and I both love this. We don't think it taste like tuna though. It's more like egg salad. I add a little bit of celery and some celery salt and we eat it on toast with lettuce and tomoato
I love making this! I eat it on wheat saltines or on bread with mustard! Tastes like a cross between tuna salad and egg salad!
