This was really, really good and I would definitely make it again. I enjoyed the taste and so did my boyfriend, and the preparation was very easy. I didn't have celery salt, so used regular. I didn't quite know what 2 lbs was, so I used 4 fillets. Six or Eight might be more appropriate.
