Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Used a blender to save time; brown sugar & some honey; powdered milk; extra bananas that needed using; added raisins. Flax seeds hard to find here in Cameroon so used partial sesame seeds. Tasty, healthy, dense breakfast. Next time planning to crush a dark chocolate bar.
I used what I had on hand so I changed skim milk to plain soy milk but otherwise did exactly this recipe. I like the density of the bread - great Carb for breakfast and the flaxmeal gives it a nice fiber kick. Thanks
