It sounds like a decent salad - I myself would probably leave out the bacon - but is the entire salad worth 212 calories ? Is one person suppose to east 6 cups of lettuce ?

The only thing about salads like this is that I am the only one eating them, and it's hard to break down a recipe for 6 into a recipe for 1. Sounds delicious though, but I would sub turkey bacon for the real thing -- too much fat otherwise. - 4/16/12

I'm always interested in trying new recipes from SparkPeople. Recipes from "Sponsors/Advertisers" are okay if not just pushing healthy buzzwords. So, they should show the nutritional information. - 4/15/12
