Milk, nonfat, .75 cup (remove)
**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 10.6 tbsp (remove)
*Whole Wheat Flour, 1.666 cup (remove)
Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp (remove)
Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)
Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
Granulated Sugar, .5 cup (remove)
Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 4 tbs (remove)
Mixed Nuts, dry roasted (salt added), .5 cup (remove)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2.Chop berries and nuts in food processor
5. Combine all dry ingredients except sugar.
6. Whisk together egg, sugar, oil, vanilla, and milk.
7. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in berries and nuts.
8. Bake in a 4x8 loaf pan. Make sure you spray it.
